The four Alpine models of the VIRUS free carving series have been developed together with Japanese pro rider Tomayasu Toda. This Japanese snowboarding legend is well known for his radical style and his spectacular moves. Fine tuned to this style of riding, these boards allow for all-out riding on hardpack, on unprepared ground or in the deep stuff.

These boards are also used successfully used by the VIRUS team riders in boardercross races. The boards of the Free Carving Series feature the same construction as the boards of the Carving series. However, they are a little wider and they feature a longer Nose as well as some tail kick for riding fakie.
All boards of the Free Carving Series are also available in the Team Edition or Custom Edition versions beside the Standard versions.
